Return Policy:

2. Gadgetvandar.com.bd will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customers must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claims.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds
    • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service, or In-store Credits.

    • If you pay us by using card, then we will request a refund in bank which will take 7-15 working days. (credit card payment return may take longer depending on Commercial Banks)
    • If you pay us by bkash/rocket/mobile banking, then your money will be added in your desired account within 7-10 working days.
    • Customer must ensure the item is packed and delivered securely. Gadgetvandar.com.bd will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on their return to Gadgetvandar.com address.
    • Any kind of misbehavior will simply ignore the complain or may result delay to solve complain. Customer patience will highly be appreciated.
